Even though the vote was unanimous for NO HAIRCUT, the time had come. I am happy to report that Kathy D. from Lighten Up in Budd Lake passed the listening test with flying colors...she gave Joseph "just a trim". Exactly what Mom requested(and the haircut was only $10!). I am even happier to report that both the blond and the curl remain fully intact...
at least for now.
