Matthew
Matthew was born on October 18, 2015. He was another quick one, born at Hackettstown hospital just like big brother Thomas. If you read about Thomas' birth, the story is exactly identical....EXCEPT for the part about Dad missing the whole thing. This time he knew better than to leave Mom's side! Were we surprised? Yes and no. The pregnancy was awful so it was kind of hard to believe it was another boy- all of the others were so similar. However, after three boys the chances of a girl are pretty much nonexistent. So when they yelled, "It's a boy!" we were both quiet, but laughing.

Even though the brothers were a little disappointed, you can see that they are each smiling big as they met their newest family member. Matthew is the perfect number four for us...we have all the clothes, we have all the gear, we have all the experience, and most important we have been blessed with four handsome and healthy children who have each other to love as they grow and play.
Who could ask for more?
