Sooooooooo,
School has ended and we have graduated!
Next year Thomas will be a Dinosaur just two days a week until Mom goes back to work.
And Joseph will be a KINDERGARTENER at Old Farmers School! We can't even believe it.

Joseph and his buddy, Jack, who he's known since he started baby school at 1 1/2 years old.
We gave Dad a great Father's Day because, of course, he's the greatest Dad!
We've had playtime with Dad.
We've taken some cool rests after working up a sweat fighting off the bad guys in the backyard.
We've gotten to explore the grass a bit! And, believe it or not, since this picture was taken we are up on all fours, ready to take off and crawl! Or as Thomas always says, "Ready for blast off, Mom!" Oh, how the time flies!
Our swimming lessons have come and gone. Every morning at 10am for the first two weeks of summer Joseph and Thomas practiced their swimming with Miss Beth. Joseph is putting his whole face and head under water as he kicks his feet and moves a few inches at a time with his butt up out of the water(the 5 year old version of swimming under water, if you can imagine). Thomas is swimming along too, LOVING the pool this year- a HUGE difference from the little boy totally content NEXT to the pool all last summer. They both did great with Miss Beth!
Dad has taken some time off...can you believe it??!!!
What a treat for the whole family! It sure was fun to have him home with us for awhile.
We've gotten to do lots of visiting too.
Some swimming with Grandma...
some tubing with Grandpa...

some sprinkler running with Gram...

and some water guns with Pop.
We played with our first sparklers....
and we practiced with our hammers...
and we've been enjoying entertaining our brother, "Jonny"...yes, you read that correctly!
The boys have all informed each other as to what they'd like to be called(really Joseph was the only one who told us what to call him...and the one who decided what all of the others get called!). It seems Joseph no longer likes "Jo-Jo" and never liked "Joey". Why? Simply because, "that's not my name!". Of course! We should have known, right? We are only allowed to call him Joseph or Joe. Thomas never really complains specifically about any version of his name but is still called Thomas most of the time and "Tom" way more often than he used to be. And I guess since Jonathan smiles at them when they call out "Jon" or "Jonny", that he's pretty happy with either nickname just as long as someone's paying attention to him.
Stay tuned for some more cute faces....
I've already got the photos but the peace and quiet that comes along with nap time has just come to an end for today.
